Our platform accepts mass spectrometry data from any instrument in .mzML, .mzXML, or .mgf format. Most of our workflows are built for MS/MS data collected using data-dependent acquisition (DDA), however we do have a few workflows that accept other data types.

In addition, all clients are welcome to contact the development team directly to ask questions and troubleshoot analyses. For most inquiries, we will respond within 24 hours. For major requests, we will occasionally reach out to schedule a troubleshooting meeting, which are generally scheduled within 2-3 business days.

For our enterprise-level clients, we provide additional monthly consultation meetings and basic custom development for no additional charge. Custom development can include streamlining user interfaces, creating new summary tables, or building in new features. These development projects are closely aligned with the feedback your team provides during our consultation meetings, further accelerating your research.

Cloud-based deployments are installed on a secure AWS server managed by the Ometa Flow team. Computational resources are defined based by the number of users in your organization.

On-premise deployments are installed directly on your servers, giving you full control over data security and computational resources. This fully-scalable solution allows for unlimited users and even high-performance computing (HPC) compatibilty.

Of course! Seat-based licenses are designed for smaller teams, but as your team grows you may find that an enterprise license is more cost-effective. Contact us to learn more.

If you have a cloud-based deployment, we can increase your computational resources for a fee. This fee covers increased server costs on the AWS server.

If you have an on-premise deployment, Ometa will scale to the resources defined on your server. Increasing resources depends on your server setup, so it’s best to both contact us and your IT department to determine the best way forward.
